Can I get a refund for my products?

At Wallet Solutions, we offer refunds under certain conditions. Within 7 days of purchase, you can request a refund for the product if you are not satisfied with its performance. Refunds will only be given if the product does not perform well.

Since these are digital products only, which can be downloaded and used immediately after purchase, there is no general right to a refund against return of the product.
If you have any problems using any of our products, please contact support within 7 days of purchase. We will then try to resolve the difficulties. If we fail to do so, the amount paid may be refunded if necessary.

Conditions for a declined refund

We will not refund your purchase of the product in the following circumstances:

  • No refunds after 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • If you purchased the product by mistake.
  • If you don’t have the technical skills to use the product.
  • If the product is removed from our site and you are unable to download the product.
  • If you refuse to accept the help of our support team to assist you while resolving the issue.
  • A refund would be denied in abuse cases
